Over the course of the conference, participants attended a diverse program of presentations and panel discussions covering topics such as regional growth, energy security, and the skills and expertise needed to meet future demands.

Ahead of the conference, the visit began with a customer meeting on Melkøya. Later that evening, 16 Omega 365 Consulting consultants gathered for dinner at Trefjøla Spiseri, creating an opportunity to connect and share experiences outside the project environment. The evening became even more memorable with the celebration of one consultant’s birthday, setting a warm and festive tone ahead of the conference.

The conference provided valuable insights into the opportunities and challenges facing Northern Norway and highlighted the importance of collaboration across industries and sectors to support continued growth and development in the region.
