New Feature: Interface Management - Requesting Access to Documents
A new feature has been developed to support document sharing between contractors who collaborate on the same interface. This is particularly useful in cases where document controllers from different companies need to manage access requests without the client being directly involved.
With this update, authorized users can:
Request access to interface documents shared by another contractor
Approve or decline requests based on permissions
Documents eligible for sharing are made available via a new help table and synced automatically. Requests and approvals are logged, and documents remain protected—users cannot download or view documents unless access has been granted.
The first version of the Interface Documents app is now released. More improvements will follow based on usage and feedback.
