Workflows
- It is now possible to add a person without access to the WF and without capability Can use Workspace as responsible for an action in Internal Workspace. Person which gets access via actions in Internal Workspace can only answer action.
- Enforced notifications has been changed so that if there is a fixed person set, enforced notifications are sent only to this person. Otherwise notifications are sent to all who have relevant role. 

Meetings
Under the 'Sharing/Distribution' tab in a meeting, external recipients can be added to receive MOM:


Document
General
In addition to Word documents, the system now also supports tag replacement for Excel files.

Document Review Status Report
It is possible to batch-add persons to reviews in 'Review Status Report

Complete
Activity
The column 'Activity Responsible' in the Activity Register is now editable. Users can add responsible parties for activities in this column and the 'Roles and Responsibility' in activity details will be updated accordingly (however please note that Act. Resp. must have been set in O365 Setup under Resp. code first). 


Plans & Schedules
User can include the plan export (PDF) to the Status Report by copying the link from 'Print Current Plan' and paste it into the content tab in the Status Report:


Risk
Risk Register
User can add risks to a meeting or create a new meeting adding the preselected risk(s) from the Risk Register:

Daily Log
File name will show under the picture(s) in the 'Daily Log Image Archive' and in the app 'Image archive'.

BIM
Tools
- It is possible to make a simple clipping in 2D.
- There is now an option to show distance between steps on a stepline:


Settings
- In the viewer setting card, users can choose whether they would like to begin viewing the model in its default position or in the last position they viewed it in.
- User can also select if they want to zoom towards the cursor or towards the orbit sphere (orbit sphere is default).
- Keybindings are changed. We changed the navigation buttons on the "Orbit" controls to be the same as the "Pointer Lock" controls, making them more consistent. The arrow keys are also fixed so that forward actually goes forward and PageUp/PageDown go up and down instead of using the arrow keys. Holding shift in "Orbit" controls will make user move faster like in "Pointer Lock" mode.
