We’ve introduced a new way to stay updated in Omega 365: Notification Streams.

This feature provides a structured and filterable feed of notifications grouped by topics—such as meetings, documents, access requests, and more. It gives you a clearer overview of activity, and makes it easier to track changes relevant to your role.

Key features:

• Notifications are grouped into streams (e.g. "Documents", “Bugs and Missing Features”, “Sick Leave”, “Meetings”)

• You can choose to follow streams or receive notifications only for items involving you

• A “Last Read” line helps you see what’s new since your last visit

• A “Scroll to Last Read” button helps you quickly pick up where you left off

• Notifications are buffered for 5 minutes, so related actions are grouped into a single post

Notification Streams aim to reduce email clutter, promote visibility, and bring more structure to how updates are shared across the platform.
