Currently, workflow steps are numbered by their process step, which can look confusing when the same process step appears multiple times. With the new solution, steps will be numbered chronologically within the workflow instance, making the sequence much clearer. This also improves the timeline at the top, where step names stand out better when the focus shifts away from numbers.
