Omega 365 now offers granular document access controls, moving beyond the single "Can Administrate Document" capability. Users can now be granted specific rights for:

• Renaming Document No./Name
• Editing Revision Dates
• Releasing/Unreleasing Documents
• Unfinalizing Document Reviews
• Canceling Reviews, Checks, or Approvals
• Setting Documents as Templates

Note that the "Can Administrate Document" capability is still available, and has not been changed.
