A general Delegations feature is being developed to enable temporary transfer of responsibility and access during absences such as vacation, leave, or other periods away from work.
Users will be able to define a delegation period and assign a stand-in who automatically receives the relevant roles, permissions, and task ownership for that time.
When the delegation period ends, all access and responsibilities are automatically reverted. The UI will clearly indicate delegated roles, and all actions are logged for transparency and control.
