Document Register/Document Details
- Review file will now be downloaded instead of PDF rendition if it exists.
- Added possibility to add authors/document signers from Distribution Group (only those who have access will be added).
- Review responsible users now have a "Mark my review as completed" button.

Document Deliveries
Implemented possibility to upload Redline drawing in deliveries app for existing revisions. 

Correspondence
When adding persons to correspondence distribution, persons will now get immediate access. If this is not desirable, CC should be used to avoid granting access before correspondence is sent.

Complete
Activity
The Activities- and Scope Register now includes a new read-only column, labeled as "Activity Responsible". This column shows the name of the first person defined in Roles & Responsible for the activity, which is linked through the O365 setup/Resp.Codes in the 'Act. Resp' column.

User can toggle between 'Activity Types vs Completion Phases' in the Scope Item graph:

Contract
Contract Elements
It is now possible to view the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) from various contexts within the contract element.

BOQ
- User can switch between Client and Contractor in the BOQ Register. The main differences are:

1. Client can view forecasts and BOQ.
2. Client can import contract quantities and BOQs.
3. Client has access to changelog.

Additionally, this app has now been integrated into the Contract app. This means that the same app will be displayed whether you are in Contract/BOQ or in the BOQ Register. As a result, both forecast quantities and billed quantities can now be edited directly in the register without having to deal with two different interfaces.

- Users will have the option to delete existing contract quantities when importing. However, it will not be possible to delete BOQs if partial or final BOQs have been registered against any of the processes:

Plans & Schedules
- The Predecessors and Successors table are now showing Parent and WBS:- A new button has been added to the Control Plan view, which enables users to expand or collapse all activities.

Post-it view
The group setup from Pims 365 is not implemented in Omega 365. This is now replaced with a free text group field on the activity (which can be reused). This results in a simpler setup for the post-it plan and greater flexibility.
Positions that were connected to groups in Pims 365 have also not been implemented. Access control now depends on the org unit, which simplifies the setup and reuse of permissions given to the org unit. On an activity, it is visible who has created and changed it, with information for who they represent (in relation to interdisciplinary activities).

Daily Log
"Omega 365 Observe" is a newly available app that can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play. With this app, users can easily add observations on their mobile devices and upload them later to the Daily Log, by simply scanning a QR code.
Risk
O365 Setup
'Quantity Unit' is added under Org Unit Limits, in the Risk O365 Setup.

BIM
- The workflow overview now shows a marker in the exact location you clicked when creating the workflow, not only the room or center of the object.
- All workflows, documents, activities, risks or incidents related to an asset object are shown, even if the workflows (etc) are in another orgunit.
- The exported JSON is always from the current fragment you have selected.
- Several changes have been made to 'Incidents', making it more similar to the Incident Register app. In addition, new columns have been added to the Incident grid."

Mobile apps (Web)
- Reworked mobile filter for register apps. The modal now shows everything in one place. You can add/remove filter and sort fields by clicking the edit button, and you can long press to change the order of them:- Added indicator for number of items and window for viewing items:
