Workflows
- The translation of property name is performed using the O365 Setup app located under Workflow/Properties, whereas placeholder translations are managed through the Workflow Processes app.
- A checklist in a workflow step now has a title and it is possible to remove it again from the 'Add Content' menu.

The Document Register has been updated to include an additional five "free text" columns.

Objects
- We have added a new field called 'Function Code', which provides additional information about each individual system, equipment or component in the project. The Function Code field is a unique identifier assigned to each component that specific function within the system, such as its purpose, location and any other relevant details. This new field will help to improve the tracking and management of the mechanical completion process, ensuring that all components are correctly installed, tested and verified before the system is put into operation
- The 'Target Object' in the workflow detail app is removed from 'Relates To' tab to the first tab under 'Description'.

- Custom fields can be set up in the O365 Complete Setup, and once added, they become usable in the Plan:


- The possibility to group by multiple levels has been added to plan:


- Implemented a "Move Plan to OrgUnit" function that updates both plan record and its activities (Under Commands button).

The field 'For Final Settlement' will be copied to Estimate Register when you perform a copy estimate from Contract Elements.

WBS Cost & Progress
- New calculated columns are added in the WBS Cost & Progress: Baseline Deviation, Change in Forecast, Remaining Forecast, Remaining Baseline.
- Added additional free fields under 'Custom Fields': Number 1, Number 2 & Number 3:

When selecting 'Set Baseline' from the 'Action' menu in Position Register, the user will be taken to the baseline setup:

The green graph now displays 'Available Persons FTE' ('Available persons' has been updated to 'Available persons (FTE) to avoid confusion with 'half persons':
