Cost Management - Forecast method

Added a new column for "Forecast Method" in WBS Cost & Progress, with some preconfigured values with different calculation approach for each forecast method. This can further on be used to update the forecast, by using the function for "Update Forecast based on Method" under "Update Values".

Document Management - Implemented concept for external distribution

External distributions are now available as a tool for distributing documents externally, and to follow up on deliverables.

To create a new external distribution, use the app for "Deliverables" and select the files to be included, and then use the function for "Create External Distribution":

When the external distribution have been created, it will navigate to the app for "External Distributions" (also possible to add new external distributions directly from here). Add required information for receiver org unit, originator code and receiver code.

When the distribution is ready to be sent, use the function for "Send" and add the mail address to the external part. The status will then be set to "Sent".

BIM - View IFC files in Full Model section of Layers Plugin

In Layers Plugin, it is now possible to view IFC file names under disciplines in Full Model section. The files are hidden by default, unless all of the files in the discipline are toggled. 

To view the files for each discipline, click the arrow button on the right side. It is also possible to toggle the files individually.
