Based on feedback from our users, where the term "Scope Items" by many was considered unclear, and hard to translate to various languages, we are now renaming it "Activities and Workflows".

Additionally, we’ve updated the home page to make it easier to create new entries. You can now quickly create new Activities or Workflows directly from the main categories, ensuring a smoother and more straightforward process.

This change will affect user interface elements across the solution, and will be rolled out the users from January 24th.

Technically the change is minimal, as the database will not be updated.
