We have updated the access model for Content Manuals and Content Items to improve performance and ensure consistency across the platform.

The previous “Publish to” concept has been replaced with “Share with”. Access is now based on standard OrgUnit sharing, the same model used in Documents and Scope Items.

What this means:

• Access is granted by selecting both an OrgUnit and a role

• Access is no longer automatically distributed downward in the structure

• The sharing logic for Manuals and Content Items now follows the same principles as the rest of the solution

Manuals set to "Public" are not affected.
