We’ve made an update to the activity register to make it easier and faster to set the status of checklist items.

Previously, we used a single button to toggle between "Checked," "Not Applicable," and "Unchecked." Now, we have replaced this with two separate buttons: "Checked" and "Not Applicable"

Benefits of the new solution:

• Fewer clicks – set the correct status with a single tap.
• Easier removal of status – simply uncheck the selection.
• Faster updates – standard bulk update support
• Better overview and a more intuitive experience.
• Support for requiring comment if Not Applicable is checked
