We are introducing support for uploading offline review comments directly from a PDF file, in addition to the existing option to import comments from XFDF/FDF files. This is useful when reviewers need to work without internet access, for example during site work or travel, and then upload their completed review comments later when they are back online.

Some clients are used to performing offline reviews directly in PDF and then uploading the reviewed PDF afterwards. Supporting this flow in Omega 365 makes offline review easier and avoids requiring users to extract or handle separate XFDF/FDF comment files.
