Highlights of this release:

Workflow Types

Implemented "Workflow Types", which makes it easier to submit new workflows by choosing a predefined workflow type. The workflow types are sorted into "Type Groups". After choosing workflow type, the org.unit and process are already defined based on what workflow type you selected, and you can add information about product, title and description. When submitting the workflow, it will be registered as a new workflow the same way it normally does. 

Workflow Types and Type Groups can be configured in Omega 365 Setup under "Workflows", and it can be linked to a default process.

Document Management

Added function for generating document numbers directly from the "Document Plan Import" app by using the button for "Generate Document Numbers". Document number will be set it the document number is not already set and if the row has no errors.

Note that these document numbers are not guaranteed to be unique, so when transferring a document plan, the actual documents created before the transfer will not consider these document numbers when incrementing sequence number. 

Contract Management

It is now possible to set "Enforce All Approval Steps" in a contract form (Omega 365 Setup), which will enable setting amount ranges on the verification steps (step/role/amounts). When activating "EAAS" for a contract form, it will add all steps with verification amounts up to the cost of the element cost items.

Combined with the authorization matrix (person/org.unit/amounts), it will forward the approvals to the responsible persons. All steps with a lower amount than the form cost will be involved when approving.

Planning

Improvements done in "Print Current Plan" functionality. It is now possible to group by all fields (including customized fields) when choosing the custom breakdown structure, and to individually sort the group by levels by any chosen fields. Also added possibility for filtering and sorting detailed activities. 

The grouping and sorting can be previewed before generating the PDF in "Data Preview", which will be generated based on what you have chosen in the structure.

Also added some new fields to "Timeline":

• Display Summary Bar
• Show Summary Aggregate
• Render Aggregate Border
• Stack Aggregate Activities

In column for "Timeline Bars", it is possible to add colors and customized filters to be applied and displayed when generating the PDF.
