General
Filtering in grid
To provide a clearer indication that a filter is active in a column, the distinct filter symbol will change its color to orange when it is in use:
Context
We have changed the terms we are using on the two contexts in the breadcrumb:
"Home Org Unit" is the org unit to the left in the breadcrumb.
"Context" to the right is what sorts the data you see in the different registers depending on where you are in the structure.
Person lookup
In O365 standard persons lookups only resent search and pinned persons will be visible until user writes at least three letters in the search field. This does not apply to the custom persons lookup.
Workflows
Workflow Processes
To be able to assign names to workflow steps, users now have a lookup feature that needs to be configured in O365 Setup under "Step Names". It is no longer a free-text field. This ensures a more consistent use of step names.

Asset Objects details
- Obsolete revisions of related documents will appear with a strikethrough under object details. To hide these obsolete documents, a new checkbox, "Exclude Obsolete Documents", has been added:

User can create activities on an object with an empty "Name" column as long as the "Create activities for each object" are checked and object name or description is included:

An additional checkbox control can be included in the activity checklist. By selecting the "Peer Review" option under Setup, an extra column (Peer Review) can be added to the checklist, through the column chooser:

The Color coding in the tree structure is disabled when the "Show Punch Status" option is not selected:

Plans & Schedules
It is possible to navigate to successors/predecessors via the activity detail "Predecessor & Successor" tab:
-The Planned Progress are according to Current Cut Off, if it has been set.
- A delay has been added on the help boxes that appear when the user hovers over an activity. Additionally, it is now possible to enable or disable these popup help boxes under the "Preferences" menu:

WBS Cost & Progress
The calculation for "Accruals" has been updated to use the actual exchange rate for booked value, instead of the standard project rate. I.e. the formula is now: "Actual Cost" minus "Booked value (actual exchange rate)"

Absence Register
Absence older than today's date will not appear in the Absence Register. A checkbox has been added to allow users to view older absence when checked:

A new field to Daily Log Types is implemented. This allows collaboration on entries:
BIM
BIM Setup
- Categories can be created in BIM Setup by clicking on the settings icon in the top left. In BIM viewer user can assign category to already existing view profiles or create new ones. View profiles will be grouped based on category when user view them:

- Changes in the latest approved revision are carried over to the newest revision.
Incidents
When an incident is registered in the BIM Model user can view the object the incident is registered to both in the 2D- and 3D model:
Mobile Apps (Web)
In the mobile version, a swipeable modal is displayed, enabling users to view the current location or set a new one. They can choose to use the device's geolocation or manually select a location by tapping on the map. It is important to remember to save the changes after making any updates.
