We are introducing Resource Pools – a new way to manage and book shared objects such as rooms, lockers, vehicles, or equipment. Objects can be grouped into pools, published for booking, and easily managed through Omega 365.

When adding a booking, simply select the pool, set the time period, and choose from the available items. If nothing is available, the system allows you to register a request to the pool, supporting waitlisting and follow-up.
