A recent update makes it easier to follow up on client review outcomes by introducing clear indicators for whether a status represents an accepted or rejected document.

Clients often use different wording in their review statuses, which has made it difficult to determine whether a document needs further updates or not. With this change, each external process status can now be marked as Accepted or Rejected.

These new flags are optional and mutually exclusive (if one is selected, the other will automatically be deselected), helping ensure clarity and consistency when filtering or reporting on client responses.

This improvement simplifies next steps for document controllers—especially in projects involving multiple clients or custom workflows.
