Checklists are becoming more flexible. Until now, items could only be marked as Checked, Not Applicable, or left blank. With the new update, you will be able to define multiple status options per checklist item – for example Yes/No or Approved/Issue registered. This allows for clearer communication in the field and turns checklists into a more procedure-like tool. Also, specific responses can trigger automatic actions, such as creating a deviation when certain limits are exceeded.
