Tracked Properties
Extending the functionality of the system by using properties has proven to be a very popular feature. After we got a technical solution where we can add properties as columns in the grid (with update and filtering support) this has been used more and more. We are now adding support for tracking the properties values. This can be used to follow up on goals and requirements (plus any other things you want to collect data about). For example, if you want to follow up on sick leave, you create a "Sick leave Percentage" property and plot this once per month or quarter. Or if you want to collect electricity consumption per office per year (to use in sustainability reporting) then it's the same recipe. Create a "Tracked Property" and add it to a Scope Item for follow-up.
