The side menu has been improved to give you more control and improved experience across the system. Previously, the menu's open/closed state was shared across all apps. Now, each app remeembers its own side-menu preference.

This means you can keep the menu visible in apps where you need quick navigation, while keeping it hidden in others. Omega 365 will remember your choice autoamtically
