What’s new

We have introduced a new Fields Configuration for Document Profiles, providing a more structured and flexible way to manage document metadata.

Fields can now be configured directly at Document Group level, allowing you to define which base fields and properties are shown, control their order, and group them under custom headers. This update also improves translation handling and easier management of Document Groups and Document Types on the same screen.

Overall, this change simplifies configuration, improves usability, and gives you better control over how document information is presented.

Availability

The new configuration is available in 'O365 Setup' application - Document Groups section and will be rolled out to client environments shortly. The transition is handled automatically and does not require additional setup.
