Highlights of this release:

Contract Management - Send reminders on contract elements for approval/verification

Added possibility to send push reminders for approval/verifications on contract elements. This functionality will be available for contract elements that are not yet approved/verified.

When using this function it will open a modal with a template for sending a mail, and the notification will be sent to the participants listed under the element item.

Cost Management - Select which changes to import in "Import Timephasing Forecast"

When importing changes into forecast by using the functionality for "Import Data into Forecast", it is now possible to select which changes to import. So instead of importing all changes, one can now choose with multiselect from the grid which changes to import. Also possible to see who made the last change and when it was done.

Document Management - Check-out functionality under "Commands"

Functionality for checking out a document is now also available under "Commands" in the document detail app. This allows for a check out functionality seperate from using "Edit with desktop".

When using the check-out functionality from "Commands", it is only the user that checked out the document and users with "Can Admin Doc" capability that can remove the checkout. On check-in, one is asked to upload a new revision.

It is also added a warning when attempting to download a document when it is checked out.

Shared Folders - Grant access through Workflow groups

In Shared Folders, it is now added functionality for providing access to a group of users through Workflow groups, which will grant access to the specific folders for the participants in the group.

It is also added functionality for "Add Persons", which will open the Person Lookup dialog and it enables to add several users to the folder by using multiselect.

Workflows - Parallel tasks in a workflow step

It is now added support for having parallel tasks in a workflow, which allows for having several tasks on a workflow step. In workflow processes, use the column for "Tasks" on a step to add tasks and select the responsible role for the task.

On workflows with the selected workflow process, the tasks will then be listed under "Journal" on the workflow step. All participants in the set role will be able to close the task.
