The 'Give Feedback' has been moved to under the question mark ? in the top menu.
You might also have noticed that the light bulb icon isn’t always in your toolbar — here’s how it works:

💡 Occasionally, we highlight important updates by turning on the light bulb. When it's lit, it will appear in your toolbar and take you to the What's New app.

✅ Once you've clicked it, the light goes off and the bulb disappears from the toolbar.
