We’ve restructured the Scope Item Reports and upgraded the reporting engine to a modern, scalable PDF layout solution (QuestPDF).

Key improvements

• Standardized report types:

  • One format for workflows (step-based)

  • One format for all other items (section-based)

• Updated report ordering dialog

• Images and attachment links are now always included

• Closed sections are no longer included

New: Saved PDF Snapshots

The concept of Saved PDF Snapshots is now visible to users. You can:

• Open an existing snapshot

• Generate and save a new snapshot

• Preview a report without saving

Please note: A snapshot must be created in order to distribute a report via email. Snapshots also serve as an archive.

These changes provide a more consistent structure, improved usability, and better control over report distribution
