We have introduced a new feature in the Scope Registers to clearly identify who is responsible for the next action on each scope item.

A new column, “Next Action,” has been added to provide greater visibility into responsibility. This column consolidates all relevant roles and individuals expected to take action, including those assigned at the Step, Activity, and Signature Responsible levels.

In addition, the Next Action column now also incorporates responsibilities related to Verification, Review & Approve, and Can We Agree, ensuring a more complete and transparent view of ownership throughout the workflow.
